Troubleshooting

If bloodless.org isn't loading correctly — blank screens, login issues, or stale content — clearing cached data usually fixes it. Follow the steps for your browser below.

Safari on iPhone / iPad

  1. Open SettingsSafariAdvancedWebsite Data
  2. Search for bloodless.org
  3. Swipe left and tap Delete
  4. Return to Safari and reload the page

Safari on Mac

  1. Open SafariSettingsPrivacyManage Website Data
  2. Search for bloodless.org and click Remove
  3. Close and reopen Safari

Chrome (desktop or Android)

  1. Click the lock icon (or tune icon) in the address bar
  2. Select Site settings
  3. Click Clear data and confirm
  4. Reload the page

Installed App (PWA)

  1. Delete the app from your home screen
  2. Clear browser data for bloodless.org (using the steps above)
  3. Visit bloodless.org in your browser and verify it loads correctly
  4. Then re-add to your home screen via the browser's share/menu button
